Job Role:

Manage the financial records of a business or organization and monitor invoices, record payments, and track organizational expenses.

Job Description:

• Registering Bank Out (manual, epro) (IDR, SGD) (Payment, Refund, Advance).
• Make Cashflow (Bank In & Bank Out) for reference to making a Fund Request.
• Make IOM / BQ for certain vendors.
• Check and control the budget.
• Check bills and journalize all bills according to the COA.
• Make a bank reconciliation.
• Prepare the FS / Financial report template.
• Recording and clarifying fixed assets and inventory items.
• Doing stock taking with warehouse.
  

Job Requirements:

• Investigative mind-set with an attention to detail, a tenacity of thought, the flexibility to adapt to new challenges and the resiliency to overcome short-term hurdles by staying focused on the deliverables
• Ability to work with large databases including understanding the data, understanding how the data works, a thrill for establishing coherent, quality table content to address business problems and needs
• Organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Solid knowledge of fundamental accounting principles
• Strong project management and planning skills
• Strong software application skills including spreadsheets, databases, word processing and presentation software
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Having work experience at least 1-2 years in the same field or relevan
