Job Role

Assist Advertising & Promotion Section Head in coordinating and implementing marketing plans and overseeing daily operational activities related to the Marcomm department.

Job Description:

  • Prepare and organize promotional activities effectively and efficiently in collaboration with the event organizer.
  • Manage the process of implementing sponsorship in a promotional event in accordance with the specified targets.
  • Prepare and produce all promotional media such as flyers, posters, banners, etc.
  • Prepare and organize sales promotion activities that can stimulate visitors to shop at the mall. As well as developing and promoting event schedules and promos on maal to reach the mall traffic target.
  • Monitor advertising, events and promotions, monitor visitor traffic reports and report the results of events from tenants, and ensure that all activities and exhibitions can be carried out properly and in accordance with SOP.
  • Control and supervise social media.
  • Assist in finding joint promo income every month in order to reach the target

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public relation or any related degree.
  • Good understanding of business process of Mall, Policy and Procedure as well as business issues of the Company.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make good, independent decisions and be able to effectively deal with stress
  • Well developed time management skills including the ability to identify, prioritize and complete tasks and projects in an effective and timely manner.
  • Possess or quickly develop good negotiations and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to understand, interpret and communicate Regulatory subject matters.
  • Good Computer Skill, Microsoft Office, and English skill oral and written).
  • Strong customer service and client management.
  • Minimum experience 2-3 year in the same field.
