Oversee the Security and Parking Department which includes coordination with security contractor and parking contractor in maintaining security and order in the establishment which will provide peace of mind to its tenants, customers and employees. Monitor the parking income
Job Description:
Oversee the Dept. Security which includes the coordination of security contractors in maintaining security and order in the establishment which will provide peace of mind for customers, tenants and employees.
Controlling and supervising daily security and parking tasks.
Coordinate all security concerns for tenants and visitor safety.
Report to the head office regarding incident related to parking and its arrangement.
Job Requirement:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro, or any related field
Able to following Complex Instructions
Good Interpersonal Skills
Knowledge of Security Operations and Procedure
Manage Multiple Tasks
Good knowledge of Basic Security and Fire Inspection Procedures
