Job Requirement
Job Role:
Ensure that the daily operations and activities in the engineering are implemented effectively, efficiently and in accordance with the set standard.
Job Desc:
Implement Preventive Maintenance works on all building equipment on the prescribed period.
Maintain and repair of all building equipment and ensure that the mall is always in full operating capacity.
Maintain a log of operational data and historical list of repairs for all building equipment.
Implement a comprehensive conservation program to reduce material and energy cost.
Provide technical assistance to mall tenants to ensure continuous business operations.
Comply with all local administrative and environmental requirements and laws.
Conduct and document regular material and equipment audit and ensure completeness.
Job Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, or any related field
Accustomed to working in low and high voltage.
Able to handle Mechanical (engine), Electrical (electricity), and Plumbing.
Willing to work shifting.
Able to operate the generator manually / automatically.
