With a portfolio of 60 shopping malls strategically located in 29 major cities across the archipelago, comprising more than 10,000 retailers occupying 2.3 million square meters of retail space, Lippo Malls is easily the largest mall owner and operator in Indonesia.

With an annual footfall of more than 336 million customers, our malls have been designed as a one-stop shopping, entertainment, dining and leisure destination. With anchor tenants such as leading Matahari Department Store, Hypermart, Timezone, Times Bookstore and Cinemaxx, as well as a range of international and national retail brands, Lippo Malls has everything discerning shoppers need and more. With both strata-titled and leased malls, family-oriented and upscale centers, each of our malls reflects a careful study of the retail market demand as well as intimate knowledge of the market in which our properties operate.

Lippo Malls is wholly owned, managed and controlled by PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk, Indonesia's largest listed property company by total assets, revenues, and net profit, anchored by a large land bank and solid recurring income base. With its experience in developing malls and divesting them into Singapore listed real estate investment trust (REIT) – Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (“LMIR Trust”), serve to facilitate the Company’s asset-light strategy by enabling the Company to recycle capital as they step up the turnover of mall assets, allowing the Company to execute on its growth strategy of developing additional 15 new regional malls.

PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk continues to wholly-own, manage, and control the business enterprise and operations of LPKR’s retail malls division which contributes to the overall Company’s revenue. Currently, LPKR manages eight LMIR Trust Malls in Greater Jakarta, Bandung, and Medan with a total of over 760,000 square meters in NLA.
